The hotel complex has an area of 3 hectares (work is underway on a part that will not interfere with recreation) located in Bezymyannaya Bay, BUT Fokino.
There are 52 rooms: two-room apartments, two-room family rooms with sea views, one-room standard rooms with double and twin beds.
The rooms are decorated in loft style. Furniture made of natural wood. With a view of the sea and a parking lot with a forest.
The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay:
- hot water from the boiler;
- TV in all rooms;
- conditioner;
- a phone with long-distance access;
- safe deposit box for documents;
- fan;
- heating - underfloor heating for the off-season;
- Internet in common areas.
It is strictly forbidden to cook food in the rooms. There is a dining room where guests can take breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small shop.
An outdoor heated swimming pool and a children's area. A children's room and a playground for toddlers. Playground with sports equipment.
There is free parking (one room – one car), as well as paid parking for guests. We do not accept mobile homes, large buses and cars with trailers for parking.
Sun beds and mushrooms are provided on the territory, including part of the beach.
